Indie Rock Fall!
I’m completely blown away by the quality of shows coming up this fall in the NYC area. Shows I’ve been waiting for for a very long time. I’ve been a fan of the Fannies since 1995, so I don’t quite understand why I have never seen them live. It just doesn’t make sense.

I’ll be the big nerd in the “T-Shirt From Northern Britain” shirt. The last show I wore that to was Superdrag in Nashville in 2007. John Davis said it was his favorite TF album. I believe I agree.

This one completely blows my mind. I had the feeling that Pollard would do some GBV tour soon, but I thought for sure it would be the Doug Gillard/Nate Farley and company version (and there would be nothing wrong with that). I never thought I’d get to see the CLASSIC lineup of Pollard, Sprout, Mitchell, Fennell and Demos in 2010! Here’s hoping they break out a 4-track and do some recording while they’re together.
