The Replacements had “Alex Chilton”……. and the greatest rock band to ever grace Roanoke, VA, The Diplomats, had “Chris Bell”.
In celebration of Bell’s 60th birthday, here is that amazing song which just happens to be one of my all-time favorites*. This is from The Diplomats 6 song EP that was recorded in 2000 at the Fidelatorium in Kernersville, NC and mixed by Mitch Easter.
