Well… here I am. 30 years old. 30 used to seem so old to me, and now I’m on the other end looking at 40. Looking back on my 20’s, I had a good time. In fact, I probably had too good of a time, and for a period…quite a bit of beer.
I am looking forward to my 30’s, despite what I might tell you on my birthday. In fact, 30 isn’t so bad when the woman at Parking...

the return of reinhold messner
I remember in 1999, when Sandi and Ginger came to visit me in Virginia, and they brought with them a copy of “Reinhold Messner” that they got from Ben or someone in the Ben Folds Five organization. It blew me away. The album still does to this day.
I enjoyed “Rockin’ The Suburbs”, Ben’s first solo outing, if you don’t count Fear Of Pop…. after that,...
